section will help you navigate our site and make your shopping experience

In
addition to shopping for products by manufacturer name, product name,
item number or description, you can search for items by subcategories
/ sections including spa, paper goods, wax, pedicure/manicure supplies.
This new way of shopping allows you to easily find the products you
are looking for. Manufacturer will display products in alphabetical
order when subcategories/sections are clicked upon.
Methods
of Payment

We accept credit cards COD
Money Orders or Cashiers Checks
Returns
& Exchanges
If
any product is not 100% satisfactory, simply return it within one week
for full credit, refund or replacement with no hassles. We guarantee
it. Please allow ten business days for your credit card refund to process
upon receipt of your return. Some furniture and equipment is exempt.
Special orders are not returnable. Airbrush equipment, incomplete displays
subject to restocking fees. Ship by UPS or messenger service. For all
other delivery methods, please call 1-877-849-7727 for instructions.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping returned or exchanged goods.
If it was our error, we will reimburse you the cost of the shipping.
All electrical appliances, drills, and airbrushing equipment must be
returned within 30 days from receipt for full credit or exchange. No
returns accepted after 30 days on these items. Manufacturer warranty
still applies. All sales on acrylic and cuticle nippers, and cosmetics
are final. These items are not returnable due to sterilization and hygienic
purposes.
Same
Day Shipping
If
you place your order by 3:00 p.m., it will be shipped out the next day.
Our customer service representative will offer a UPC qualified estimate
as to the number of days it will take for your products to reach you.
Shipping times for special orders and vendors will vary.
UPS
is used on most orders.
U.S.
Postal Service Priority Mail is used for orders sent to APO, FPO, and
P.O. Box addresses, and U.S. possessions. C.O.D. service is not available
with U.S.P.S. Priority Mail shipments, nor can we ship orders containing
flammable products or aerosols via U.S.P.S. Orders with flammable products
or aerosols to foreign destinations are shipped via UPS. UPS cannot
deliver to a P.O. Box.
Common
Carrier is used for drop-ship and large orders. Drivers are required
to provide tailgate delivery. Inside delivery is available at an additional
charge.
Residential
Delivery
A
$3.95 UPS charge will be added for non-commercial delivery.
Free
Shipping
When
your order total is over $1,000.00, ask your sales consultant for the
Freight Buster corresponding to your order amount.
Refused
Packages
For
C.O.D. shipments please have payment available for delivery driver.
All refused packages are subject to a $25.00 fee. Fee must be paid before
future orders are shipped.
Order
Add-Ons
Your
order is packed and loaded on a UPS truck within 20 minutes of placing
it! Therefore, we are only able to honor changes to your order within
20 minutes after your order is placed.
Back
Orders
At
times products may need to be back ordered. When the total of back ordered
items is $25.00 or more, we will ship your back order to you as soon
as possible, and we will pay all shipping and C.O.D. fees. Back orders
not available on orders shipping via air. We will contact you within
14 days if the items have not arrived for shipment. Please reorder items
when total is less than $25.00. Items or combinations of items whose
value is less than $25.00 may not be back ordered.
Delivery
Additional
freight will be charged on furniture and equipment.
